The Annual Member Survey also validates SilverSneakers as an attractive recruitment, retention and engagement tool for Medicare Advantage plans who offer the program. According to the responses, 58% of participants are likely to switch health plans if the program is no longer offered and 65% of participants cited the program as important to their health plan decision.

In addition to these findings, the SilverSneakers Net Promoter Score — which measures the likelihood that someone would recommend the program to a friend — is 83 up from 81 previously. This is an all-time high for the brand and reflects the trust and credibility that members have in the program, which will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2022.
