Tivity Health® has teamed up with GetSetUp1, an interactive learning community, to expand the SilverSneakers® suite of online learning opportunities to help older adults boost their well-being beyond traditional fitness programs. GetSetUp is included at no extra cost2 for members in participating health plans.

- Live classes are led by both expert instructors and peer instructors teaching
other older adults (peer-to-peer). Teaching Assistants are also available to
help learners with troubleshooting. - Community members can apply to be class leaders.
- All class ideas are voted on by members, and 90% of class ideas come from
members themselves.

- The online environment is designed to provide a place where older adults
