As President, Commercial Health & Fitness, Daniel Freedman is responsible for employer and commercial sales.
Daniel is the founder and former co-CEO of Burnalong, a digital health and wellness platform acquired by Tivity Health. Daniel is a former columnist for Forbes and began his career at the Wall Street Journal. He previously held senior roles at the United Nations and intelligence consultancy TSG. He is the co-author of the award-winning, NYT top-10 bestseller, “The Black Banners: The Inside Story of 9/11 and the War Against al-Qaeda.” He also co-founded CyecureBox, a counter-espionage product. Daniel has been the keynote speaker for audiences around the world, from Yale Law School to Paris’s Sciences Po to London’s Tate Modern Art Gallery.
He is a graduate of the London School of Economics.
As Chief Integration Officer, Mike Kott leads product and technology integration, ensuring that Tivity Health optimizes its capabilities and platforms across all products.
Mike is the founder and former co-CEO of Burnalong, a digital fitness platform acquired by Tivity Health. Mike began his career at Black & Decker where he delivered to market some of the company’s most successful products. He then moved to financial services startup Bill Me Later, which was acquired by PayPal. He lead the initial integration into PayPal and was the head of North America Product for Credit prior to founding Burnalong in 2016.
Mike has a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland.
As Chief Operating Officer, Caroline Khalil is responsible for operations, network management, P&L delivery, client and member satisfaction, product management and analytics. In this role, she is focused on driving efficiency and performance across the organization.
Khalil rejoined Tivity Health in 2011, bringing over 15 years of leadership, operations management and contract negotiation experience in fitness, Medicare and commercial healthcare. She has a proven track-record of leading teams, strategic partnerships, provider networks, and population health solutions to improve revenue growth, manage P&L and to provide client satisfaction and operational management.
Khalil holds two BA in Communication and Spanish Language from University of Buffalo and a M.S. Ed. from SUNY – Brockport.
As Chief Engagement and Innovation Officer at Tivity Health, Stacey Santo is responsible for all customer and innovation initiatives, digital product and service offerings, and the company’s data-driven marketing strategies, platforms and programs. With a wealth of experience in strategic marketing and consumer engagement, Santo is passionate about combining data insights and creativity to create deeper and more relevant connections.
Prior to joining Tivity Health, Santo served as Executive Vice President of Global Digital Strategy, Consumer Engagement and Digital Marketing for ASICS Digital (formerly RunKeeper) connecting commerce, fitness services and digital consumer marketing globally for ASICS. Driven to create new services and products that change consumer behavior, she has been on leadership teams of four successful digital start-ups including Rue La La and RunKeeper.
Santo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston University.
Jeremy Kunicki is Tivity Health’s Chief Financial Officer, who is responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax and treasury, and payroll/compensation. Kunicki has an extensive background in corporate finance, business transformation, and large-scale M&A integrations.
Kunicki has spent his career leading business transformations in the retail pharmacy industry and has significant experience driving strategic growth in the health and wellness space. Jeremy most recently was CFO for well-being company Parallel. Prior to Parallel, he worked at Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (NASDAQ: WBA) as the CFO for the Walgreens division.
Kunicki earned a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
As Chief Administrative Officer, Chris Morrison is responsible for the Office of Strategic Management, Corporate Communications, and Government Relations. Morrison and his team facilitate enterprise strategy execution through internal and external stakeholder alignment and strategic portfolio management.
Since joining Tivity Health in 2016, Morrison has been focused on driving value through a series of strategic and transformational programs – including M&A/integration, corporate performance improvement initiatives, enterprise strategy development, governance, and collaborative execution.
Prior to Tivity Health, Morrison served in a variety of technology, program leadership, and business development roles as an executive with consulting firms Accenture and North Highland, assisting clients across the hospital management, health insurance, pharmacy services, consumer goods, and telecom industries.
Morrison holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
Jessica Erb is Tivity Health’s Chief Growth Officer responsible for client relations and sales, as well as corporate development. In this role, Erb supports the development of Tivity Health’s strategy and identifies partnerships and initiatives to drive growth and create value for clients and members.
A seasoned healthcare industry professional, Erb is known for her strategic and disciplined approach to advancing business priorities and growth. Erb has been with Tivity Health for over 18 years, holding a variety of leadership positions throughout her tenure with the organization. Prior to Tivity Health, Erb served in public health roles at American Cancer Society and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Erb earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Public Health from Emory University. She is an active member of Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry.
As Chief Information Officer of Tivity Health, Sarah Richardson is responsible for the company’s digital transformation, including the development of the engagement platform, customer relationship management tools and data strategy. Richardson is a transformative, innovative, and results-driven healthcare and technology executive with experience in large-scale healthcare environments. Through comprehensive, human centered design, she enables digital and organizational transformation of multiple organizational domains utilizing proven methods of engagement resulting in improved experiences across the continuum.
Prior to joining Tivity Health, Richardson served as Vice President of IT Change Leadership for OptumCare. Richardson also has significant health system experience, serving as CIO of NCH Healthcare System in Naples, FL and as a Division CIO with HCA Healthcare.
Richardson is an active member of CHIME as a Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO), board and faculty member, and fellow. She regularly publishes industry relevant content on her website at www.conciergeleadership.com. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF and Distinguished Toastmaster, as well as the chair for members in transition for the SoCal Chapter of the Society for Information Management (SCSIM). Richardson holds a BS from the University of Nevada -Las Vegas, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
As Chief People & Culture Officer Bonnie Schirato is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including corporate culture, talent acquisition and management, professional development and benefits. Schirato joined Tivity Health in 2016, bringing more than 30 years of HR experience, including 20 years in healthcare organizations. Prior to joining Tivity Health, she served as Chief People Officer with Aptus Health and as Vice President of Human Resources with Allscripts Healthcare Solutions.
Schirato serves on the board of Health eVillages, a non-profit organization focused primarily on enabling greater access to healthcare, nationally and globally, and About Care, which provides support services to homebound adults, allowing continued independent living. Schirato also serves as vice chairman on the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and both Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) certifications.
As Chief Accounting Officer, Ryan Wagers is responsible for all accounting functions including external reporting as well as tax, treasury, and audit. Wagers joined Tivity Health in 2018, bringing over 15 years of experience and a record of delivering operational and financial results in an ever-changing corporate, global market and technological landscape.
Prior to joining Tivity Health, he held leadership positions at Sitel Worldwide Corporation where he led a team of over 160 people across 17 countries. He also previously served as Audit Manager with Deloitte LLP and Senior Auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Wagers holds a Master of Accountancy from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
As Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, Ray Bilbao has responsibility for legal, information security, data privacy and compliance. Bilbao joined Tivity Health in 2018 as Deputy General Counsel and assumed the role of Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel in March of 2020. Billbao assumed the role of Chief legal Officer and Corporate Secretary in December 2020.
Bilbao’s career spans more than 28 years having served in executive legal and business roles for both public and private companies. Before joining Tivity Health, Bilbao served as Associate General Counsel for Gibson Brands, Inc., Director & Sr. Counsel – Marketing, IP and Contracts for ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc., General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for Giftcards.com and President, Chief Operating Officer and Secretary for Remote Dynamics, Inc.
Bilbao earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University and his Juris Doctor degree from Saint Mary’s University School of Law.
